All appointments require a deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of heavy products before your appointment. Additional detangling or washing services may incur a $40 extra fee.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For everyone's comfort, please avoid bringing extra guests unless they are also receiving services.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment apps. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
Services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours for a possible adjustment.
If extensions are required, you may bring your own or purchase from us in advance. Please confirm with your stylist which type and amount of hair if bringing your own.
Notify your stylist of any scalp sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with untreated scalp conditions, lice, or other hygiene concerns.
To maintain a positive environment, we ask that all clients treat staff and other customers with courtesy and respect.
